Crisp salads, tasty sides, and of course.the SHRIMP! We've gone several times this fall for the "Endless Shrimp" deal (which ironically ends soon). I just cannot justify visiting a restaurant with poor food quality and even poorer customer service. He apparently is no longer there because they are back to how they were before. I had decided not to visit this location ever again last year and then a new manager was brought in from the Sumter location I believe and miraculously, things improved substantially. Ours was not an isolated incident because everyone sitting around us was complaining as well. What a shame that we spent this much money and left frustrated and still hungry. One of us had a Maine lobster tail if you could call it that because it was the size of maybe a 1/4 of a normal lobster tail and it was overcooked and dry. Can't remember leaving a whole basket of biscuits untouched until tonight. Even the biscuits which used to taste delicious were terrible. We nearly choked on the food because the waitress never came back by to refill our drinks until 45 minutes later. Waited 30 minutes before a waitress came to the table and then sat forever waiting on our food, which was not good at all. I have enjoyed eating here in the past, but the food quality and customer service have gone from mediocre to terrible. If I paid for curbside service, I expect curbside service. I highly recommend not using Red lobster and this will be my last visit. Based on the number of workers sitting on the patio and in their cars during a busy time, it was clear management did not have control of their staff. As far as reporting the situation to the manager, that would have been a waste of time. As for the individual behind the counter and who ever was operating to the curbside service, you displayed disrespect and no concerns toward the customers which reflect on the organization. To all who prefer curbside service, think twice before using this location. After examining my receipt I notice that my order was ready at 3: 51pm. ![]() The guests at the counter and I was shock and we just shook our heads in disbelief. He turned and went back to doing whatever he was doing. When I asked what happen to the curbside service his only response was I don't know where the guy went. I provided my name and he gave me that order with no apology, with no response to the situation. There was one order sitting on the counter. I went inside and explained the situation to the individual behind the bar. I arrived at 4:21 PM and provided notification by text that I was here. the system notified us the the order would be ready at 4:04 pm. ![]() On 1 Oct 23 we completed an online curbside order.
